Ubiquiti UDM Pro
Advanced Settings for Dream Machine Pro aka UDP Pro
Search for SIP or Timeout. Adjust as below. Make sure there is NOT SIP enabled under NAT “helpers” aka Firewall Connection Tracking. SIP should not be on this list.
Also set the timeout to a number greater that 600 seconds. 620 is recommended as the phones use 600.
